I’ve been feeling a bit like I’m underwater…and I’m running out of oxygen. I know I’ll come up for air…but it won’t be for three more weeks. I absolutely love teaching summer school, but it is making me feel like I’m just doing a half job at everything in life rather than a good job at a few things. We’ve been too busy for a lot of things lately. Some days I feel that I barely even see the boys.
But life goes on.
Amongst all the chaos, Simon has started rolling over from back to front. In fact, he has become so skilled at it that he makes it difficult to change his diaper. He also rolls over onto his tummy right after he eats occasionally (which causes spit ups).
I don’t want to miss any of these baby milestones just because I am working, so last night when we were getting the boys ready for baths and Simon was rolling over again and again, I stopped to get the camera and capture the moments.
He is such a joy for us. Even Elias has been celebrating Simon’s joy at rolling over.
